The Wolf Pack were a covert, elite special military unit of the United States Military Police Corps led by Major General Dr. Kay.^[1] Under Kay's leadership, the Wolf Pack established a base and laboratory in the Upside Down.

Kay and the Wolf Pack engaged in unethical tactics in their fight against the Upside Down. These included their efforts to hunt down and apprehend Eleven; they also took elementary school children targeted by Vecna to the MAC-Z, where they intended to use the children as bait.
